Instructions: Installing LUTs in Adobe Premiere Pro

Method 1: Installing LUTs through the Adobe Premiere Pro Interface

1. Download the LUTs file: Ensure you have downloaded the 50 Cinematic LUTs file, usually in the form of a .zip file.

2. Extract the LUTs file: Extract the .zip file to a folder on your computer. This will give you access to the individual .cube LUT files.

3. Open Adobe Premiere Pro: Launch Adobe Premiere Pro on your computer.

4. Access the Lumetri Color Panel: In the Premiere Pro interface, navigate to the Window menu and select Lumetri Color. This will open the Lumetri Color Panel.

5. Import LUTs: In the Lumetri Color Panel, click on the Basic tab and then click on the LUT dropdown menu. Select Import LUTs from the menu.

6. Select the LUTs folder: Navigate to the folder where you extracted the LUTs files and select it. Premiere Pro will automatically import all the .cube LUT files in that folder.

7. Apply a LUT: Once the LUTs are imported, you can apply them to your footage by selecting a LUT from the LUT dropdown menu in the Lumetri Color Panel.

Method 2: Installing LUTs Manually

1. Download and extract the LUTs file: Follow steps 1 and 2 from Method 1.

2. Locate the Premiere Pro LUTs folder: Navigate to the Adobe Premiere Pro installation directory on your computer. The default location is:

- Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro [Version]\Lumetri\LUTs

- macOS: Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro [Version]/Lumetri/LUTs

3. Copy the LUTs files: Copy the extracted .cube LUT files into the Premiere Pro LUTs folder.

4. Restart Premiere Pro: If Premiere Pro is already running, restart it to ensure the new LUTs are recognized.

5. Apply a LUT: Follow step 7 from Method 1 to apply a LUT to your footage.
